Input Flexibility

To save you time and to improve data accuracy, DieselTrakker™ accepts several import formats. The software is also designed to work seamlessly with our PaceCTR-D™ refinery reporting system. We have also assisted clients whose data is extracted from SAP in setting up pre-processing steps to ensure the data elements are "scrubbed" before they go into the regulatory database to efficiently identify possible input errors so they can be corrected prior to running reports.

We can also customize an import format to your existing systems. The only thing you need to provide us is the data to decode and map your transactional data to the EPA and DieselTrakker™ report requirements. Our "getting started" help guides will enable you to get your data elements ready for the first upload.

Efficient Record Keeping

In addition to maintaining the information needed to create the ULSD compliance reports themselves, the system allows you to keep all your regulatory information in one place. For example, you can import data from automated lab systems, or input your laboratory data manually if you want to maintain the lab test results along with the handoff data in one regulatory database.

Track Your Compliance Progress

DieselTrakker™ enables you to produce pro forma reports to track progress against regulatory compliance deadlines. These reports allow you to identify situations that which may require action prior to the end of a compliance period. You can save time and money and maintain your facility in compliance. You can also interface your compliance results with your own internal systems to optimize your supply position throughout the compliance period.

Knowledge Base and On-line Help

All DieselTrakker™ clients will have access to our regulatory database, containing cross-linked versions of the regulations, report formats, facility registration questions and answers, and online help services.
